Details
Smart Grooming Super Shine Lotion is a concentrated high gloss, non oil based lotion for use on all body areas and manes and tails, and as a final finish before entering the show ring. This multi-purpose lotion can be used as a highlighter, a mix for make-up, or used for hot clothing diluted with hot water, as a final finish for the ultimate shine. Design in a non-irritating formula which can also aid the healing of minor scrapes and grazes as well as give a high shine, dry finish that doesn’t attract the dust and is ideal for the show and competition arena to enhance and shine the natural coat colour.
Squeeze a small amount into the palms of your hands and then work through the mane and tail. For body areas, Smart Grooming recommend hot clothing.
How to Hot Cloth for Condition and Shine
Hot clothing for condition and shine is easily done once the coat has been well brushed and cleaned or has been hot clothed with an astringent-based solution such as the Hot Cloth Wash. Apply Super Shine Lotion to a clean coat using approx. 10ml of Super Shine to approx. 500ml of very warm water. Apply to the coat with a well-wrung-out flannel or suede feel cloth, and wipe all over the body. Super Shine Lotion will apply a high-shine finish when diluted with hot water. Allow to dry for about 10 minutes. The unique combination of lavender oil and siloxane gives the feel of silk and imparts emollience.

We endeavour to post out your goods the same day they are ordered; however, in busy periods this can take a little longer.
UK Orders
- Standard UK delivery is £3.95 or free over £75* excluding non-Mainland, Highlands & Northern Ireland
- UK Mainland orders over £75 receive free delivery*
- UK Mainland Royal Mail Express is £5.95 an expedited tracked service.
- UK Mainland DPD Express Delivery is £5.95. If ordered on a Friday the next working day is Monday, in times of high parcel numbers DPD may deliver this on Saturday. There will be a text and/or email notification sent to let you know when DPD intend to deliver.
- UK Saturday Delivery - is £11.50 - Order before Friday 3pm.
- UK Sunday Delivery - is £11.50 - Order before Friday 3pm. We do not have a weekend collection so orders placed on Saturday for Sunday will be for the following Sunday.
- UK Non-Mainland Delivery is £3.95 under £50, or £8.50 on orders over £50 this is due to higher cost of shipping
- Smaller items are posted with Royal Mail and usually take 1-4 days from the point of order to arrive during normal levels of activity.
- *Some products must be shipped via DPD courier due to delivery restrictions, these are marked on our website as Courier or Free Click & Collect eg long items over 62cm, heavy items over 5kg and air canisters.
- Large, heavy or multiple items are delivered by DPD (signature required)
- A DPD Next Day Delivery service is available to the majority of mainland UK at a cost of £5.95 Monday to Thursday. Orders must be placed before 3pm (Monday - Thursday) to qualify. Orders placed after 3pm on DPD Next Day will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after Friday 3pm and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. We do not get collections from DPD or Royal Mail on Bank Holidays. Our courier does not deliver on Bank Holidays.
- Saturday and Sunday named day delivery is £11.50 and available to most UK Mainland postcodes (excludes Highlands and Islands). Orders must be placed before 3pm on Friday, please note our courier does not collect from us at the weekend so orders must also be placed by 3pm on Friday.
- Postcodes ineligible for Next Day/Saturday Delivery – All Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, AB31-56, EI, F17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE.
International Orders
- Standard Europe delivery is £9.50.
- Standard Worldwide delivery is £25.00 - please note there may be additional charges depending on the size and weight of your parcel and the location of delivery.
- Standard delivery prices for overseas orders are estimates only and in exceptional circumstances, we may not be able to fulfil your order for the quoted price, if this is the case you will be contacted by email
