We have 'tester' versions of the Flex-on Safe-On Stirrups that you can try before buying.
Here's how it works:
Order via this page as you would a normal product. You pay the same price as for a new one; this acts as a deposit towards the return of the tester. If you decide to buy, return the tester and we'll send out the product you want. If you decide not to buy, return the tester using the returns label provided and we'll refund the full amount paid less a £20 service charge.
Available in-store via the Click & Collect Service.
Please note that the tester service is only available to UK Mainland customers.
"Item Out of Stock" message: If the message "Item Out of Stock" appears, it means the tester is currently out for use by someone else. You can request to be notified when the stirrups have been returned simply use the email me when back in stock service.
Prompt return in good condition: Please return tester stirrups within 2 weeks and in good condition so they are available to others. A returns label will be provided. Please ensure tester stirrups are returned clean - we expect to receive them in the same condition they were sent out, including the box and packaging. An additional tester fee may be charged if significant cleaning is found to be required.
If the testers aren't returned within 30 days or are returned seriously damaged, we will not accept their return and will retain the full amount paid.
Flex-On Safe-On Inclined Ultra Grip Stirrups combine comfort, performance and safety with a removable leg allowing the foot to be released when the rider's weight acts against it, with a minimum weight of 40Kg to trigger the release. Designed with a single-branch spring steel frame hot forged and treated against oxidation for strength and longevity, over moulded with polyamide. The inclined tread helps to promote a natural descent of the heel and encourages posture. The stirrup has an offset, skewed slot for the stirrup leather giving the rider optimum contact with the horse. The advanced shock absorption system using elastomer absorbs with a wide footbed to cushion and reduce muscle work and pain in the adductors, ankles, knees and back.

Delivery & Returns
We endeavour to post out your goods the same day they are ordered; however, in busy periods this can take a little longer.
UK Orders
- Standard UK delivery is £3.95 or free over £75* excluding non-Mainland, Highlands & Northern Ireland
- UK Mainland orders over £75 receive free delivery*
- UK Mainland Royal Mail Express is £5.95 an expedited tracked service.
- UK Mainland DPD Express Delivery is £5.95. If ordered on a Friday the next working day is Monday, in times of high parcel numbers DPD may deliver this on Saturday. There will be a text and/or email notification sent to let you know when DPD intend to deliver.
- UK Saturday Delivery - is £11.50 - Order before Friday 3pm.
- UK Sunday Delivery - is £11.50 - Order before Friday 3pm. We do not have a weekend collection so orders placed on Saturday for Sunday will be for the following Sunday.
- UK Non-Mainland Delivery is £3.95 under £50, or £8.50 on orders over £50 this is due to higher cost of shipping
- Smaller items are posted with Royal Mail and usually take 1-4 days from the point of order to arrive during normal levels of activity.
- *Some products must be shipped via DPD courier due to delivery restrictions, these are marked on our website as Courier or Free Click & Collect eg long items over 62cm, heavy items over 5kg and air canisters.
- Large, heavy or multiple items are delivered by DPD (signature required)
- A DPD Next Day Delivery service is available to the majority of mainland UK at a cost of £5.95 Monday to Thursday. Orders must be placed before 3pm (Monday - Thursday) to qualify. Orders placed after 3pm on DPD Next Day will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after Friday 3pm and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. We do not get collections from DPD or Royal Mail on Bank Holidays. Our courier does not deliver on Bank Holidays.
- Saturday and Sunday named day delivery is £11.50 and available to most UK Mainland postcodes (excludes Highlands and Islands). Orders must be placed before 3pm on Friday, please note our courier does not collect from us at the weekend so orders must also be placed by 3pm on Friday.
- Postcodes ineligible for Next Day/Saturday Delivery – All Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, AB31-56, EI, F17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE.
International Orders
- Standard Europe delivery is £9.50.
- Standard Worldwide delivery is £25.00 - please note there may be additional charges depending on the size and weight of your parcel and the location of delivery.
- Standard delivery prices for overseas orders are estimates only and in exceptional circumstances, we may not be able to fulfil your order for the quoted price, if this is the case you will be contacted by email
