How do Ariat riding tights fit?

How do I wash my Ariat riding tights?

Most Ariat tights are machine washable at 30 degrees C. It is advised to turn them inside out and air dry.

What's the difference between Ariat riding tights and Ariat breeches?

Riding tights are made of a thinner material and are often seamless, offering close contact between the rider and the saddle. Many riders find them more breathable and so choose riding tights for summer riding or long days on the yard. Breeches feature a traditional fly zip fastening and are more structured, and are chosen by many for competing, while they may prefer to train in riding tights as riding tights do have a more casual appearance. Riding tights are ideal for days on the yard, remaining comfortable while poo-picking, mucking out and tack cleaning as well as riding! Alongside their range of riding tights, Ariat produce a more traditional range of women's breeches still with a focus on performance and comfort.

Are Ariat tights grippy?

Ariat riding tights feature silicone grip which creates 'stickability' between the rider and the saddle. Riding leggings with full seat silicone grip give the most grip, and are most frequently chosen for flatwork riding. For jumping, knee grips are often chosen, to allow the rider to lighten their seat more easily over a fence. No amount of silicone is going to eradicate the risk of a fall from a horse, but silicone grip riding tights can help the rider to feel more secure.
