Details
Soft, flexible, comfortable and effective this ThinLine Grazing Muzzle is a safe option for those who need to restrict grazing or slow feeding rates down. Designed to attach to the ThinLine Breakaway Headcollar, Breakaway headcollar or a traditional headcollar, this open system allows for maximum airflow while limiting grazing and slowing speedy eaters. The soft material helps to keep teeth and equine lips free from hard surfaces. It is flexibility reduces the risk of horses getting "hung up" on anything. It is rated to break before a leather headcollar.
The ThinLine Grazing Muzzle is attached to the headcollar by low-profile zip ties and is designed to allow horses to live a normal herd life while in a muzzle by allowing behaviours such as wither scratching, easy drinking from buckets or throughs and can help horses feel less restricted than a traditional muzzle.
Made from resin synthetically created to produce a polymer. This gives it a high tensile strength (+700 psi). The muzzle has as well a tear strength of +550 ibf/in. It complies with FDA requirements for food safety.
This model has a 2.5cm hole in the base this is suitable for horses and ponies which need very restricted grazing, usually those with laminitis concerns or metabolic issues.
It is recommended that a well-fitting breakaway turnout headcollar is used with the muzzle. Veterinarian recommendations for safe grazing in a grazing muzzle for Horses is a 3.5 to 4 cm grazing hole for 24/7, full-time grazing.

Delivery & Returns
We endeavour to post out your goods the same day they are ordered; however, in busy periods this can take a little longer.
UK Orders
- Standard UK delivery is £3.95 or free over £75* excluding non-Mainland, Highlands & Northern Ireland
- UK Mainland orders over £75 receive free delivery*
- UK Mainland Royal Mail Express is £5.95 an expedited tracked service.
- UK Mainland DPD Express Delivery is £5.95. If ordered on a Friday the next working day is Monday, in times of high parcel numbers DPD may deliver this on Saturday. There will be a text and/or email notification sent to let you know when DPD intend to deliver.
- UK Saturday Delivery - is £11.50 - Order before Friday 3pm.
- UK Sunday Delivery - is £11.50 - Order before Friday 3pm. We do not have a weekend collection so orders placed on Saturday for Sunday will be for the following Sunday.
- UK Non-Mainland Delivery is £3.95 under £50, or £8.50 on orders over £50 this is due to higher cost of shipping
- Smaller items are posted with Royal Mail and usually take 1-4 days from the point of order to arrive during normal levels of activity.
- *Some products must be shipped via DPD courier due to delivery restrictions, these are marked on our website as Courier or Free Click & Collect eg long items over 62cm, heavy items over 5kg and air canisters.
- Large, heavy or multiple items are delivered by DPD (signature required)
- A DPD Next Day Delivery service is available to the majority of mainland UK at a cost of £5.95 Monday to Thursday. Orders must be placed before 3pm (Monday - Thursday) to qualify. Orders placed after 3pm on DPD Next Day will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after Friday 3pm and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. We do not get collections from DPD or Royal Mail on Bank Holidays. Our courier does not deliver on Bank Holidays.
- Saturday and Sunday named day delivery is £11.50 and available to most UK Mainland postcodes (excludes Highlands and Islands). Orders must be placed before 3pm on Friday, please note our courier does not collect from us at the weekend so orders must also be placed by 3pm on Friday.
- Postcodes ineligible for Next Day/Saturday Delivery – All Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, AB31-56, EI, F17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE.
International Orders
- Standard Europe delivery is £9.50.
- Standard Worldwide delivery is £25.00 - please note there may be additional charges depending on the size and weight of your parcel and the location of delivery.
- Standard delivery prices for overseas orders are estimates only and in exceptional circumstances, we may not be able to fulfil your order for the quoted price, if this is the case you will be contacted by email
